Chrome Plated Automotive Emblems & Logos

Most Automotive emblems and logos are injection molded from a platable grade of plastic, usually ABS.  These parts then go through a fairly complicated process of pre-treatment, electroless copper, electro-deposited bright acid copper, bright nickel and finally chrome plating.  With our process, the chrome is electrochemically removed and replaced with 20 to 30 micro-inches of 24 K gold.
