Transportation of Packages:

  • Most carriers have currently suspended their “Money Back Guarantee” on all shipments.
  • “Signature Required” guidelines are temporarily adjusted such that consignees will no longer need to sign* for “Signature Required”.

Fulfillment of Packages:
We consistently strive to ship orders on the same day they are placed.  During this time our 1-3 day fulfillment time is still typically met without issue.  If we believe there will be any delay outside of this timeframe, you will be contacted.
