Bath & Brush Application

Gold Plating Services’ Bright Silver NC Plating Solution deposits a fine silver plate directly onto copper, silver, brass, bronze, and gold. It provides a finish that is easily polished with a polishing cloth.

Deposit Purity -   99.9+ percent
Hardness -   Knoop hardness 70
Content -   ~21.26 grams silver/liter
Theoretical Coverage - 1 gram of silver has a coverage of ~582 in² with the silver plated to an average decorative thickness. Note: This coverage is based on the assumption that all silver in the solution will be deposited. In actual practice this is not likely since there is normally solution loss during use.

Usage Notes:

  • Prior to plating, the surface must be polished to the desired luster, electro-cleaned, and properly activated.
  • Store Bright Silver NC Solution away from direct sunlight.
