Pre-Treatment Solutions
Surface Activator - Used to "activate" the surface of various metals for plating. This step typically follows Electrocleaning.
Most commonly used as an activator onto: Brass, Bronze, Silver, Copper, Nickel, Rhodium or other similar metals.
Will not activate Steel/Stainless Steel or high chromium content items - these metals require Woods Nickel Strike or TriVal-Acid Gold Strike.
